Tote Bags For Work and Play… Worth the Splurge!

Tote bags are an essential part of my ‘everyday’ outfit look. Going to meetings or just doing errands, they are my bag of choice to hold everything that I may need in one place! Because tote bags are used regularly as well as in a variety of situations, I’m careful to select a tote that is classic, well-made and in a neutral/ versatile color. Most importantly, the tote needs to be lightweight. I often carry my laptop or books so the lighter the bag, the better!

 

Tote Bags for Work and Play: My Faves

The Louis Vuitton ‘Neverfull’, Saint Laurent ‘Shopping’ and the Goyard ‘Saint Louis’ totes shown below are my fave classic totes that I use on rotation. Not only lightweight, these are all minimal in their design resulting in a clean, uncomplicated look. My tote du jour is the Saint Laurent. In classic black, it is elegant and timeless.

I use my bags on a daily basis for years, so I’m willing to spend a little more to make sure that I get one that I will love to use. Below are some totes at a slightly lower price point that I also like… 🙂
