Sophisticated, feminine and wearable, the Spring 2014 collection by Noon by Noor was inspired by the Tree of Life, a 400 year old natural wonder in the designers’ home country of Bahrain. With an eye on the inherent beauty of nature, the designers, Shaikha Noor and Shaikha Haya, utilized floral and leaf prints, rosettes, and ornate embellishments as a common theme in their collection. The colors were soft and neutral with variations of blush/pink and cream/white, as well as some bolder appearances of color such as orange, purple and navy. The fabrics were primarily silk with a brilliant inclusion of leather to balance feminine with sporty.

My favorite looks from the collection…

Especially love the rounded shoulder, balloon sleeves of the first look and how the top complements a sleek, fitted pencil skirt in a luxurious purple leather. It’s a perfect combination of polished, strong and understated sexy.
I’m loving Noon By Noor more and more with every season. A great collection for Spring ’14!
