Hair can change everything.
If I’m having a good hair day, I feel good and it shows in my confidence. On the other hand, a bad hair day does the opposite, and can ruin the look of my best and most flattering outfits.
This past week we’ve been experiencing a heat wave in New York. Not just any old heat, but heat with humidity, the arch-nemesis of a good hair day. Fortunately, there are many styling tools to help. In particular, the T3 flat iron pictured above works well to easily touch up unruly/frizzy hair or, in my case(I have naturally straight hair), add bend or volume where needed. I love the T3, because it is lightweight, not too big for travel, and has a temperature control. The temp control is particularly important if you have hair that is damaged or color/perm treated. I like to use the lowest temperature needed to style my hair. Also love the 100proof hair treatment oil by drybar pictured below. It is a hair protectant to be used before any heat styling. Because it is meant to be applied to dry hair versus wet hair, I find it more practical for touch-ups throughout the day.
Happy Friday!

Your hair is beautiful! My hair is so naturally straight that I've always admired hair that is more curly.
