Today’s Beauty Pick – Etude House Drawing Eye Brow

Love the Drawing Eye Brow pencil from Etude House, a Korean beauty brand. I’ve tried many brow pencils from various make up lines such as Trish McEvoy and Bobbi Brown, with MAC (see my post here) as my previous favorite, but this one, so far, is the best.

My sister introduced me to the Etude House brand after she bought me one from Korea earlier this summer. After my first use, I was hooked. The pigment glides on smoothly, is easily blendable, and applies lightly to gradually build up color to darker shades, if wanted. A unique and very practical feature of the pencil is its angle tip and flat edge which enables both a thick and thin line, but also the ability to go across the brow in one swipe.

Also, there’s a convenient (and good quality) brush included on the other end. And for the price conscious (aren’t we all?), its best feature may be its low price point. At only a few dollars (varies depending on exchange rate and retailer), it has much better value than the $20-30 department store brand pencils I’ve tried.

The only problem is that I haven’t yet found a retail location in the U.S. that sells it. But you can buy it online at Amazon and sites like cosmetic-love.com. The shipping time may be longer, but for the price and quality…it’s worth it!!
